Charm is an innate quality that can be cultivated through practice. It is an aura of attractiveness and confidence that can win over others. A charismatic person is able to understand and connect with others on a deeper level. They are able to create a positive atmosphere and inspire others to do the same. They are confident and know how to project their voice and energy. It is important to have a clear vision and to be able to communicate it convincingly. People are drawn to confidence and charisma, and will be more likely to follow a leader who exudes these qualities. It is important to be genuine and authentic, and not to put on a show. It is also important to be aware of your body language and how it is affecting the way you communicate.

1.Passion:
They are passionate about something. This can be teaching, entrepreneurship, books, technology, painting, story-telling, exercise, etc. We know that they have not based their life on something fickle but an idea. And when they talk about that idea, it’s contagious.
2. Purpose :
They have a clear purpose in life. The purpose has a strong story behind it. Even if they don’t have a clear one, they are putting efforts to make something better in this world. It doesn’t matter where they have come from, it matters where they are going to.
3. Struggle:
I love talking to people who have overcome challenges life thrown at them, by their own. People like these are unstoppable, and you just see them in awe. The struggle makes them more mature than a problem of what to eat, what others think of them, why life is not perfect for them.
4. Kindness:
I fall for this. If a person is kind and empathetic to anything below her, I love this so much. Somehow I know that she has the heart to help others, she is going to take care of her family so much.
P.S: I am basing it on female gender because I find them more charmistac, generally speaking. However, the most charismatic person I know is a male teacher of mine.
5. Sense of humour:
Strong sense of humour indicates healthy mental state and wit. In this world’s desert of negativity, people like these are an oasis. They can laugh off even their adversaries and suddenly radiate hope. The ability to instantly revert back to the sarcasms in a tit for tat way demonstrates intelligence as well.
6. Confidence:
Nothing matters if not this. Confidence demonstrates that they have got something which is radiating in the form of that bawsy confidence. They are confident enough to say things to you, they are not afraid of being judged or rejected because they know, if done so, their qualities will get them people and success anyway.
7. Curiosity:
They never stop learning. This curiosity always makes you feel that you are never enough. Being with that person always feels like you are exploring the world even more, more than you were exploring alone.
8. Teacher :
I have always been attracted to teachers. But here I mean that they always strive to share their theories, their wisdom with you. And they do it in a way that it’s not imposing, but convincing. Gratitude and respect, not resentment, is what follows. This necessarily means that they are senior to be able to do so. It can be anything – about fashion, politeness, health, their areas of interest, etc.
9. Word:
Whatever they say, they do. If they don’t, they communicate it. Well, it doesn’t apply in professional world but it’s a human etiquette. Why? Well, humans have evolved as a social being. Men used to go out to hunt, gather food in a world full of danger while women stayed at their caves/settlements and took care of each other. As we know, we humans are relatively more fragile. We had to surround ourself more with people who are stable and firm with their intentions. This indicates that even when you are down, people like them can be trusted by what they say.
The following quote is applicable on every gender:
10. Good listener:
Everyone likes to be be felt special. Right?
They don’t just listen, they even ask questions about you. Well, in my case, I am content not being the centre of the world. But why it matters to me is if a person listens to you, it indicates they genuinely care about you. A good listening is what is a precedes a helping hand. It’s not just about getting a helping hand – even if they are listening about your triumphs, this indicates that they are genuinely happy about your progress. I
t’s a sign of true friend. Isn’t it?
Note : This is a message to all the boys and girls who think they are not charming enough because they don’t look good. Let me tell you, CHARM is much more than looks. It’s about the whole aura around you, which is buildable. So, instead of trying to be that cute girl or that fit boy with good beard, build yourself up.
