Picture how you would love to look like: This is difficult, but research on different hairstyles, clothing aesthetics etc. Then you can figure out what you want. Work for it. Buy some new clothes, cut/change your hair. Do anything! It’s your body. Of course your parents may not be happy with you dying your hair etc, so stick to things you’re allowed to until you have your own control.
Practice taking photos: It sounds stupid, but take a lot of mirror photos, selfies with different filters and features, experiment and have fun. It will improve your confidence a lot!
