How Do You Gain Self-Confidence Even When People Talk Bad About You

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the way to gain self-confidence depends on the individual. However, some tips to gaining self-confidence even when people talk bad about you include being yourself, focusing on your strengths, and staying positive. Additionally, keeping a positive attitude and setting personal goals can also help you feel more confident in yourself.
Don’t miss the next video; it explains the topic well:

How do you gain self-confidence even when people talk bad about you?

When people talk bad about me, I focus on the good things. I remind myself that I have strengths and weaknesses just like everyone else. I also remind myself that I am worth more than the opinions of others. I know that I can overcome anything because I have faith in myself.

People WILL ALWAYS talk bad about you. This is a constant, as much as breathing is. It literally doesn’t matter what you do, therefore the only thing you can do is be true to yourself and even then (or especially then) people will talk bad about you.
I don’t even mean this in some abstract kind of way that applies to only some people. I mean this applies to everyone on the planet in a tangible and real way.
Here’s an example :
This one girl I know, is according to me one of the best chicks I’ve worked with. She’s quite positive, and generally friendly and just has a happy to see you kind of look on her face when you bump into her. Great, who would talk bad about her? Well apparently to some people she’s too positive and hence must be faking it. Let’s be clear she’s done absolutely nothing wrong to her skeptics, and yet they can’t resist criticizing her.
Now let’s say this same girl was a bit sarcastic and snarky, and maybe a bit moody at times. Do you think this would satisfy these critics? Doubt it, now it would be “Oh her, yeah she’s a bit bitchy”.
I’ve seen it too with my own life. Things I used to think were holding me back from “reaching that point” when finally everyone would understand and respect me. Well in the end, regardless of what you do, you’re just always going to be at some kind of loss.
So what’s the solution?
You need to be smart and actually stop handing out trust. You need to take a step back and stop being generous too. Get to know people very well before you trust them and stop telling people details about your personal life.
Make some good friends if you can, and forget the rest.

”How can I regain my self-confidence?”

Self-confidence is a very important thing, and if it’s lost, it can be hard to get it back. There are a few things you can do to help regain confidence:

First, make a list of your strengths and assets. What do you do well? What do you enjoy doing? What are your talents? Write these down and keep them handy so you can refer to them when you’re feeling down about yourself.

Second, be honest with yourself. If something doesn’t feel good, say so. Sometimes we keep things to ourselves because we’re afraid of what others will think of us. But if we’re honest with ourselves, we can start to heal the wounds that self-doubt has caused.

Finally, don’t be afraid to take risks. We often limit ourselves because we’re afraid of failure. But if we push ourselves, we can sometimes achieve great things. Remember, failure is only the first step to success.
