I think the best way to build your confidence is to start by acknowledging that it’s something that you need to work on. You don’t have to be perfect, in fact, you should be yourself and be proud of your strengths. Next, you need to find something that you’re good at and focus on that. Finally, you need to surround yourself with positive people who will support you and help you grow.

I think confidence comes from consistently doing the things you’re good at, and not putting too much emphasis on the things you’re not so good at. I also think it’s important to surround yourself with positive people who will encourage you and help you grow.
I think I’m building confidence in 2 ways. Gaining more knowledge and experiences and self acceptance.
When you gain more knowledge and experiences, you become more confident in your actions and what you say. You feel more comfortable with your ideas, beliefs, and feel comfortable in the actions you take (whether they result in positive or negative outcomes)
Self acceptance also builds confidence because it allows you to come to terms with your faults, mistakes, flaws and inadequacies. Those things don’t bother you anymore. You’ve accepted them and that’s very freeing mentally. You can now move on, smile at those things, and work towards being better everyday. People can’t use those things to hurt you anymore when you’ve fully embraced them
