What were the reasons for your anger? On whom you vented out? How did you feel afterwards? How did the other person feel afterwards? And whether it helped you out in mending a great rapport with the other person? Or it turned out the opposite?
After ten and twelve such incident, how much of it turned out to be in your favor and how much it degraded you? If positive outcome is less than negative (which i am sure this will be the case), write down the negative outcome. How it affected you? And whom did you hurt?
Chances are you will see a pattern in your anger. Like getting angry at morning or after reaching home at evening. Or getting angry at person having high office or your colleagues. Write down the pattern.
Ask and write down, are you angry at the person or situation or you are already suffering and a mere push is making you go berserk. Chances are just small flame is making you burn in anger.
