Is It Possible To Have High Confidence But Low Esteem Or Vice Versa

There is no right or wrong answer to this question, as it depends on the person and their individual situation. However, it can be helpful to think about how you feel about yourself and whether or not you have a high or low esteem for yourself. If you have a low esteem for yourself, it can be difficult to have high confidence because you may not believe in yourself. Conversely, if you have a high esteem for yourself, it can be difficult to have low confidence because you may be over-confident. Ultimately, the key is to find a balance between high and low confidence, so that you can feel confident in yourself while still maintaining a healthy sense of self-esteem.

Is it possible to have high confidence but low esteem or vice versa?

There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to having high confidence or low esteem. It is completely up to the individual. Some people may feel confident and proud no matter what, while others may have low esteem and feel like they need to work extra hard to prove themselves. Ultimately, the key is to find what works best for you and to stick to it. If you find that you are constantly worrying about your confidence or esteem, it may be worth considering some changes. For example, maybe it is time to work on building more self-esteem or to increase your confidence. However, it is important to remember that confidence and esteem are completely individualized and cannot be measured in a one-size-fits-all manner.

By definition that I found, low esteem is actually when one lacks confidence or feeling worthless. Actually self esteem is how you feel about yourself, where as confidence is your ability in trusting themselves.
But, confidence is silent and even low esteem people can fake confidence. Example, Fay is afraid of being wrong so she keeps her thoughts to herself and blames herself when things goes wrong. But, in parties, she stand straight and use hand gestures when talking. Although she is worried about people not liking her, she prevents being a pushover by able to say “no”.
Just, fake it ti’ll you make it
Vice versa, people with low confidence but high esteem is possible. Just like a strong feminine energy from the inside but your masculine energy (the one that protects the feminine) isn’t strong enough. Example, Jay acknowledge and knows that he is a smart student but when there are a group of friends joke that he is dumb, he doesn’t ask why or reply instead, he just laugh.
This is my opinion, so ya 🙂

”Can someone have high confidence but low self-esteem?”

It’s typically easier to build self-confidence than self-esteem, but the two are intertwined in different ways. For example, many people are very self-confident, but have low self-esteem.

The answer to this question is a definite yes. A person can have high confidence but low self-esteem. This is because confidence is based on how a person perceives themselves, whereas self-esteem is based on how others perceive a person. If a person has a low self-esteem, they may feel that they are not good enough, and this can lead to a lack of confidence.

Can you be insecure and confident at the same time?

Something that has been heavy on my mind recently, is if it’s possible to be confident and insecure at the same time.. I’ve come to the conclusion that YES, that is very much possible and actually completely normal. Not a single soul on this planet is confident or insecure every second of their life.

Can you be insecure and confident at the same time? This is a difficult question to answer because it can depend on the person. Some people may be confident but still feel insecure, while others may be confident but not feel insecure. It all depends on the individual. Some people may be more confident in certain situations but still feel insecure in others. The key is to find what works best for you and to stick with it. If you are confident in yourself and your abilities, then you will be less likely to feel insecure. However, if you are insecure and constantly worry about your appearance or whether you are good enough, then you will likely feel more insecure. The key is to learn to balance your confidence and insecurity.

Is low self-esteem the same as confidence?

Self-confidence is how confident you are in your ability or skills. Self-esteem relates to how you feel about yourself. It is possible to have self-confidence and at the same time, have low self-esteem.

Low self-esteem is a feeling of insecurity about one’s own worth. It is often accompanied by a lack of confidence in one’s abilities and a negative opinion of oneself. People with low self-esteem often feel like they don’t belong in the world and are not good enough. They may feel like they can’t do anything right and that no one will ever like them.

Low self-esteem can be a problem in any area of life, but it is especially common in areas where confidence is important, such as work, school, and relationships. People with low self-esteem often feel like they can’t stand up to criticism or that no one will want to be around them. This can make it difficult to achieve goals or to make friends.

Low self-esteem can be caused by a number of things, including genetics, environment, and experiences. It is important to talk to a therapist or doctor if you are feeling low self-esteem. They can help you figure out the cause and provide advice on how to improve your self-esteem.

Do cocky people have low self-esteem?

People who are cocky are, usually, struggling with low self-esteem and are using that behavior to mask their vulnerable inner experience. Praise alone, or honor without effort, does not build personal self-esteem; it requires achievement through trial and effort.

Cocky people often have low self-esteem, as they feel that they are not good enough. They may also have a fear of failure, which can lead to a low self-image. This can lead to problems in relationships, as cocky people may not take kindly to being told that they are not good enough. Cocky people may also have a difficult time trusting other people, as they may be distrustful of others’ intentions.

What does false confidence look like?

If you brag constantly and don’t back yourself up through your actions, that can kill your self-confidence in the long term. Fake confidence looks like you being arrogant when you haven’t really proved yourself. It looks like you living a lie until your actions match up with what you’re saying.

False confidence can look like a person who is overconfident or who is pretending to be confident. They may act like they know everything and be very cocky. They may also be dismissive of others or act like they do not need help.
