WRITE DOWN, yep, old fashion manual writing!!, those thoughts and feelings that were keeping your mind busy!
when you are finished, just place the block of paper on your nightstand. And leave it there. Look at it and now relax
as simple as this.
By downloading those thoughts on the block of paper and placing it on your nightstand you are releasing your brain from keeping working on it, as you know where they are. Safely written down and ready for you to pick them up the following morning ONLY IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO…
Because you’ll learn through this habit that what was unnecessarily occupying your hard disk is actually not relevant;)
