Before I started taking cold showers I could be in the shower for hours. I loved the hot water on my skin but I accidently switched cold. Then I felt uncomfortably and switched hot back.
People tend to do it most of the time they feel frustrated. They don’t step out of their comfortzone but want to be self-confident.

That was the point. I was scared of cold shower. But that day I dared to do it! I took shower by cold water. At the beggining it was uncomfortable but refreshing afterwards.
