I made a lifestyle change that significantly changed my character for the better. I decided to stop eating processed foods and to start eating more whole foods. This made a big difference in the way I felt and looked. I also started practicing yoga and meditation, which helped me to focus and relax. I am now much more balanced and happier than I ever was before.

I decided to become vegan. I had always been interested in animals and was appalled by the way they are treated in the meat industry. I researched the topic and found that there was a lot of evidence that veganism is the most ethical way to live. I felt better knowing that I was doing something to help improve the welfare of animals. I have never felt better physically or mentally. I have more energy and my skin is clearer. I am more compassionate and understanding of other people and animals. I am happier and healthier overall.

I quit drinking in November 2016. The FAA said it was either that or stop flying. Flying airplanes saved my life. My wife appreciates the change, approved of my buying a Mooney last December.
