I usually get up and start my day with a quick workout in my home gym. This gives me some energy and motivation to start the day. After my workout, I’ll typically have breakfast and then get started on my work. I like to have a set routine and routine helps me stay focused and motivated throughout the day. I also make sure to take breaks and take time for myself throughout the day, which helps me to stay motivated. I’ve found that having a regular routine and setting goals helps me to stay on track and reach my goals.

I usually wake up and have a cup of coffee. I then go for a walk around the block. After that, I start my work day. I usually listen to music or read while I work. I try to get up and work out at least once a week. I also try to eat healthy and stay away from sugar.

I’ve always been self motivated as, generally, when the shit hits the fan you’re on your own, even if you’re not sure that your decision or actions are correct, you just have to make a decision and act upon it, if you’re wrong then just choose another option and crack on.
