I find it difficult to shout or even raise my voice for a variety of reasons. One reason is that I have a low voice and I don’t have a lot of energy. Another reason is that I’m shy and I don’t like to be in the spotlight.

I think I understand u. Because I am similar in nature. I find it hard to get mad or raise my voice to others. Idk maybe coz I hate confrontation or any negative associated emotion? When I find someone is mad at me, I will not retaliate but rather let them. But then, some people say that it is not a good thing coz those people will take advantage of your weakness..
