When it comes to why people work hard, there are many different factors that motivate people. For some people, money is a major motivator. They may work hard to make more money or to get a promotion so they can increase their income. For others, they may work hard because they want to be appreciated or because they want to make a difference in the world. Still others may work hard because they enjoy the challenge or because they derive satisfaction from completing challenging tasks.
Whatever the reason, every individual has their own unique motivation for working hard. What motivates one person may not be as motivating for another, but all of us have some sort of motivation that drives us to work hard.

How do you answer what motivates you most?
learning new things. acquiring new skills. meeting deadlines, goals and targets. coaching others. improving processes, finding ways to solving problems. leading a team or being a part of a team. completing a difficult project. overcoming challenges.
I think the most motivating thing for me is the satisfaction I feel when I achieve a goal. It feels great to know that I put in the work and that I can accomplish something. I also enjoy feeling accomplishment when I help someone else achieve a goal, or when I see something positive come from something negative.

Stability or job security. Working to deadlines. Leadership. A sense of achievement or accomplishment. Helping others in my job. Growing my professional network. Learning and development. A great work culture.
I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing a task that I set out to do. I also appreciate the feedback I receive from others about my work, which helps me to continuously improve.

Purpose: The feeling and intention that we can make a difference in the world.
There are many reasons why I work everyday. I enjoy the challenge of finding new ways to improve my work and the satisfaction that comes from a job well done. I also appreciate the sense of responsibility that comes with my job. I want to provide for my family and contribute to our economy, and working everyday helps me do that. Finally, I enjoy the camaraderie and sense of purpose that comes from working together as a team.
