Oh, YES! Without a Doubt💯
My Religion taught me that a True Christian follows Jesus’ Footsteps.
—“When he was being insulted, he did not insult in return. When he was suffering, he did not threaten, but he entrusted himself to the One who Judges Righteously.”—1Peter 2:23
I sincerely believe in The Scripture above, and I truly believe that following Jesus’ Footsteps IS The Best Way Of Life💯
However, years of misery and Insurmountable amount of Psychological, Physical and Mental Abuse, were taking a heavy toll on my Health and Mental Well-being.
I noticed that the more I “Suffered for the sake of Righteousness”—1Peter 3:14, the Weaker and more Depressed I got, I was literally Dying😢…
SO, What Did I Do?!?
I decided to Stand Up For Myself and Grab The 👺Devil By The Horns. The miserable marriage I was in could go to Hell, for all I cared. Every time 👺NOS4A2 would start his shenanigans, I didn’t shut up and just take it anymore, like I used to. I started treating him just like he treated me. It was easy to do because I had ZERO emotions toward him—I actually despised him…
Once I started standing up to 👺NOS4A2, he was dumbfounded, he could not believe it. He was all Bark no Bite.
I started to feel better about myself, and my self-esteem started to improve.
I began to realize that God is the Perfect Judge. He wants us to be Peaceable, but does NOT want us to be miserable. Do what you NEED to do to save yourself, let God be the Judge of your actions NOT Men💯
